All the jams we produce are exactly as you would make them at home, with no artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, not even pectin. The fruit is all bought in fresh from our suppliers (mainly from a farm in Mareham-le-Fen) and either frozen within hours or made into jam.

We make our jam only in small batches, to retain the home-made taste.
