Are there any nuts present in your products?
Although we do not use nuts as such, we do use the kernels in some of our jams - please contact us for further information.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
All our jams, marmalades, chutneys, condiments and cordials are suitable for vegetarians.
Can you trace your products back to the individual ingredients?
All Peter's Eden products can be traced back; on the back of each jar is a batch number which corresponds to the ingredients listed on our computer.
Do your products contain only natural ingredients?
Peter's Eden prides itself on the fact that all its products are made with natural ingredients.
I am diabetic - can I use your products?
Sadly, no - we use sugar in all our products. Sorry!
What do I do if I have a problem with a product?
If you have a problem, please contact us immediately on customerservice@peterseden.com or 01754 820733 and we will seek to rectify it.
What if an item I order is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to order it on line. For further information about this item and for future availability, please contact us.
Why is delivery time up to 10 days?
Delivery time is a standard up to 10 days to make sure we can fulfill your order. We make all our products in small batches and therefore do not hold a large stock at any one time. We will, of course, endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
